It is SO much worse than MaCarthyism, the Commission can do hearing just like the MaCarthy days… not only that but the individual members of that Commission can do their own hearings. And also the person doesn’t have to be a “terrorist” to be at one of these special hearings. All you have to do is say something that COULD make someone else a terrorist or a violent radical, which means just about anyone they don’t like.
